Golden Brands Soy Wax 444 flakes is a natural soy container wax made with a soy based additive to reduce frosting and increase fragrance load. Maximum fragrance load is 10%. A higher melt point enables it to retain a higher fragrance load and improve scent throw.

Soy wax is made by the full hydrogenation of soybean oil; chemically this gives a triglyceride, containing a high proportion of stearic acid. It is typically softer than paraffin wax and with a lower melting temperature, in most combinations. This wax can be used by itself with no additives, however, it can still be mixed with other types of waxes.
