Description

Kokum Butter (Garcinia indica) is imported from India and is a ‘cousin’ of the Mango and Sal Seed Butters. Kokum is naturally odor free which makes it great for adding into your DIY products. Kokum is about as hard as Cocoa Butter which makes it prized for helping solidify your DIY products without the chocolate scent that Cocoa has.

Kokum contains most of the same nutrients that Mango Butter has which can help it heal skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.

As with most of our butters, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight and away from any potential heat sources. This helps it maintain it’s average shelf life of 2 years but last longer if sealed.
